This Privacy Policy describes how I, Evan Carr, (collectively, “Flobux,” "PythoDev," “we,” and “us”) collect, use, disclose, transfer, store, retain or otherwise process your information when you (“you,” “your”) use Flobux through the app or online at https://flobux.app/ (collectively, “Services”). This Privacy Policy applies to your use of our Services, and covers only information collected in connection with your access to and use of our Services. Please read this Privacy Policy carefully. By continuing to interact with our Services, you are consenting to the practices described in this Privacy Policy.

INFORMATION WE COLLECT ABOUT YOU

We need to collect information about you to provide you with the Services or the support you request. We collect information you provide when you apply or sign up for an account through one of our sign-in providers. • Bank Information Bank account and payment card information you add through our Services, including transaction information, account names, masking numbers, balances, and any other financial information you agree to provide.

If you have opted into Improving Flobux through our service, we may collect, use, and share information about you for the following reasons:

• Measuring, tracking, and analyzing trends and usage in connection with your use or the performance of our Services.

We may share your information with the following:

As a user of Flobux, you are entitled to certain rights with respect to your information, which are detailed below:

• Access You have the right to access the information we hold about you. All information we currently have can be obtained directly through our Services.
• Deletion You have the right to request the deletion of your information. You can access the "Data" section within the Settings of the Flobux Application to initiate the deletion process.

To exercise any of these rights, you may do so within the Flobux App. If you are unable to use the app to exercise your rights for any reason, you may contact us using the email provided below.

CHANGES TO PRIVACY POLICY

We may amend this Privacy Privacy from time to time by posting a revised version and with the date of changes. The revised version will be effective on the updated date listed at the top of the policy. We will provide you with reasonable prior notice of material changes in how we use your information, which may be communitated through our app, website, or by email. If you disagree with these changes, you may cancel your account at any time. If you keep using our Services, you consent to any amendment of this Privacy Policy.
